These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bubbs Kitchen web application and related services (the "Service") operated by Bubbs Kitchen ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for cannabis in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service is intended only for users in jurisdictions where cannabis possession, cultivation, and consumption are legal. You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws.

The Service lets you create, save, and discover cannabis-infused recipes and topicals, filter by dietary needs, estimate THC dosage, manage shopping lists and collections, and track dosage history.

All dosage figures are estimates based on inputs you provide and are not medical advice. Actual potency varies with strain, decarboxylation, and preparation.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You may manage your profile, change your password, and delete your account from Settings.

The Service may offer paid subscription plans (monthly and yearly) with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Trial: when you start a free trial, you get full access for three (3) days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins and your selected payment method is charged the then-current price.

Renewal: monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period except where required by law.

Refunds: charges are non-refundable except where a statute gives you a right to a refund. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

The Service provides recipes and information related to cannabis for adults in legal jurisdictions only. Nothing here is medical, legal, or professional advice.

Cannabis can impair judgment and is illegal in some areas. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired. Keep all products away from children and pets. Start with a low dose and wait before consuming more.

You assume all risks associated with preparing and consuming any recipe, and you release us from claims arising from your use of the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You retain ownership of recipes, lists, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a license to host, store, and display your User Content within the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate law or these Terms. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or harassing; attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access; interfere with the Service's operation; or reverse engineer or scrape the Service.

The Service's software, design, branding, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights except a limited, revocable license to use the Service personally and non-commercially.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that dosage estimates are accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if greater, the minimum required by your jurisdiction's law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms or law, or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We will try to resolve disputes informally. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), except where prohibited. You may also bring small-claims claims in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You may delete your account and request deletion of your data from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
